and traveling food and beverage concessionaire.
We specialize in organic vegeterranean cuisine,
combining a Vegetarian menu and Mediterranean flavors.

Hire the Casbah to cater your party, wedding or special ocassion.
We can provide a sound system, light show, stage, belly dancers,
musicians and whatever else your dreams may be.
Create an exotic themed event complete with Bedouin and Eygptian tents,
carpets, pillows, decorations and a gypsy wagon kitchen.

We closed the 4th Avenue restaurant in the spring of 2009.
For 13 glorious years, this eco-friendly, organic, vegetarian restaurant,
coffee & tea house served the Tucson community.

We want to create a living memoir of the The Casbah
and are now collecting stories, pictures and videos from all our friends
and performers who had wonderful adventures with us,
Please send us your memories, ripping tales of your favorite times,
events and experiences. We know that we provided an oasis, an anchor,
a residence and groundation station for many who sought
refuge from the parched plains of reality. Let it be celebrated.
